We offer a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Under this warranty, Atlier Jewelry will repair or replace any defective item at no additional cost, provided that:

  • The defect is a result of craftsmanship, not misuse or normal wear and tear.

  • The jewelry has not been altered, resized, or repaired by another jeweler.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Each case will be reviewed by our quality assurance team before confirming eligibility.

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or discoloration due to usage or exposure.

  • Damage caused by accidents, improper handling, or misuse.

  • Loss or theft of jewelry or gemstones.

  • Alterations or repairs performed outside of Atlier Jewelry.

Please note that customized designs are also covered under the same terms for craftsmanship defects, but not for aesthetic preferences or post-approval changes.

3. Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect:

  2. Our team will assess the situation and provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Once received and inspected, we will repair, replace, or, if necessary, issue store credit depending on the situation.

We cover return shipping costs only for approved warranty claims.
