At Atlier Jewelry, we understand that every story is unique, and your jewelry should be too.
Our Custom Order & Quote Process allows you to personalize any of our designs or create a one-of-a-kind piece tailored to your vision, materials, and budget.
This policy explains how our quote process works, what to expect, and the terms that apply to all custom orders.
1. Requesting a Quote
Customers can begin the process in one of two ways:
Add to Cart → Request a Quote: Choose a design from our website and select “Get a Quote” instead of “Proceed to Checkout.”
Direct Custom Inquiry: Share your design idea, preferred materials, and specifications through our contact form or by email.
Once we receive your request, our design team will review your details and contact you within 24 hours to discuss your preferences, materials, and estimated pricing.
2. Quote Evaluation & Pricing
All quotes are prepared based on:
Chosen materials (gold type, gemstone quality, size, and finish)
Design complexity and craftsmanship required
Current market rates for precious metals and gemstones
Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. After that period, material prices may change and a new quote may be required.
3. Quote Approval & Payment
Once you approve the quote, we will send you an order summary for confirmation.
Production will begin only after:
The final design has been approved by you, and
The required payment or deposit has been received.
Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable, as materials and labor are reserved specifically for your piece.
4. Production & Timeline
Every Atlier Jewelry piece is meticulously handcrafted by our artisans.
Custom orders typically require 10–21 business days for production, depending on design complexity.
If additional time is needed (for rare materials or intricate designs), our team will notify you before production begins.
5. Design Approval & Modifications
Before finalizing your piece, we may share design renderings or photos for approval.
Minor adjustments can be made at this stage, but once production has started, further changes are not possible without incurring additional costs.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because every custom piece is made to your specifications, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins.
In rare cases of a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will gladly repair or replace the item at no extra cost.

7. Communication & Support
Our team will stay in touch throughout your order journey, from quote approval to final delivery.
You will receive progress updates, photos, and shipping details once your jewelry is complete.

8. Ownership & Design Rights
All original designs created by Atlier Jewelry remain the intellectual property of the brand.
However, custom pieces inspired by client concepts will not be reproduced or sold to others without written consent from the client.
