At Atlier Jewelry, each piece is handcrafted with care and precision. We aim to ensure that your jewelry arrives safely and on time, reflecting the quality and dedication that goes into every design.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, crafted, and delivered.
1. Order Processing & Production Time
All ready-made jewelry orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
For custom-made or quoted designs, production begins only after you approve your final design and payment or deposit has been received.
Production timelines for custom pieces vary depending on design complexity, materials, and gemstones.
On average, custom jewelry orders require 10–21 business days to complete before shipment.
You will be notified by email once your order has been crafted, inspected, and prepared for delivery.
2. Shipping Methods & Partners
We ship our products both domestically and internationally through trusted courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, depending on your location.
All shipments include tracking numbers so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been completed and shipped, typical delivery times are as follows:
Domestic Orders (within [your country]): 2–5 business days
International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
If you have not received tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@atlierjewelry.com.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item’s price or shipping cost.
Atlier Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging each order to ensure safe delivery.
However, if your parcel arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
Our team will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution where applicable.
Atlier Jewelry is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported missing afterward.
7. Delivery Address & Responsibility
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout or quote approval is accurate and complete.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
Changes can only be made before the item is shipped.
