14-day return window from the date you receive your order 

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST BE INCLUDED

  • Items once purchased from Atlier Jewelry may be exchanged within five days. Within Pakistan, we cannot issue refunds for handmade items and made to order.

HOW TO RETURN 

  1. Contact Atlier jewelry customer service number within 14 days to request return authorization.

  2. Ship the item through a trackable and trusted Service.

  3. Once the item is received and checked by the atelier’s team, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

NOTE: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

EXCHANGE POLICY: Atlier offers exchanges for the items of equal or lesser value within a same time period.

HOW TO EXCHANGE 

  • Contact Atlier jewelry customer service number within 14 days to request return authorization.

  • Specify the new item, 

  • Return the original item following the return instructions. 

  • Once approved, Atlier dispatches the new item in a timely manner.

Price Differences: If there's a difference between items, Atlier Jewelry will either refund the difference or request payment for any additional amount. 

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping charges. 

Processing Time: 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
