By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase or request a quote on this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, images, and pricing of our jewelry. However, variations in color, texture, and size may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and natural characteristics of gemstones and metals.
Atlier Jewelry reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
4. Custom Orders & Quotes
Atlier Jewelry offers the ability to customize designs or request bespoke pieces through our Quote Request process.
Customers may add items to their cart and choose either to proceed to checkout or request a custom quote.
Once a quote request is submitted, our team will review the design, materials, and specifications, then contact you within 24 hours to confirm details and pricing.
Final pricing is based on selected materials, gemstones, craftsmanship complexity, and current market rates for precious metals and stones.
Production begins only after you approve the final quote and submit the required payment or deposit.
Because each custom order is made specifically to your request, custom-made pieces are non-refundable once production has started.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website are in PKR.
Atlier Jewelry reserves the right to change prices or correct pricing errors without notice.
Payment for standard (non-custom) orders must be made in full at checkout.
For custom or quoted orders, payment terms will be outlined during the quote approval stage and may include a deposit before production begins.
We accept all major payment methods listed at checkout. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party gateways, and Atlier Jewelry does not store your card information.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines vary depending on product type and customization.
Estimated timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation. Shipping details, methods, and carriers are provided in our Shipping Policy.
Atlier Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
We take pride in the quality of our work. However, if you are not satisfied with a non-custom item, you may return it according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Please note that custom and made-to-order jewelry cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, designs, text, logos, and trademarks, remains the exclusive property of Atlier Jewelry.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of our site or designs without prior written consent.
Custom design submissions provided by clients remain the intellectual property of the client; however, Atlier Jewelry retains the right to display completed works for marketing and portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
Atlier Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or purchase of our products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. All personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.
11. Amendments
Atlier Jewelry reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
